ARMED REACTION
For the first time in Hartbeespoort history, any member of the community will now have access to an armed, tactical reaction unit that will assist when there is cause for concern, fear of injury or an assault on your safety. The unit will respond to all areas covered, based on equipment.

Using a specially developed Android Application, HCCW will introduce an active crime reporting and crime trends analysis solution that will empower local residents, Neighborhood Watches, Security Service Providers or even the South African Police and the CPF towards crime prevention.

MISSION STATEMENT
Harties Community Crime Watch intends to provide an armed, tactical security protection and reaction service to all Harties residents, whether they are "members" or not. The service will be geared towards non-profit objectives and will ensure that all money goes directly to safety.

By deploying moving patrols (vehicles) and roving pickets (guards on foot), HCCW intends to enable forces to remain static (at schools in when children move in the mornings and afternoons, for instance) and will be able to redirect attention to any area where crime increases.

PROTECTION
HCCW will not be address-focused. While we will respond to- and react to specific addresses, our interest and focus will be towards safeguarding the community as a whole. Focusing on "sift targets" during vulnerable periods will be one of our objectives. We will serve Harties as a whole!
