Hartbeespoort Community Crime Watch will be a Community-Managed initiative that offers no services contemplated in the PSIRA Act, Act 56 of 2001.

 

As such, HCCW is NOT a Neighbourhood Watch. We only observe, collect information, discuss crime trends, share observations, and feed information to official structures.

 

Our service focuses on the needs of the community as a whole, and we do not provide only a per-address/per-client service.

 

Any community Member can JOIN HCCW and benefit from the many member benefits, but the service is and will always be focused on greater community safety and security.
